now some pottery...........

gotta say that this group does not even come close to what the renowned pottery person 'thee curious kat' comes up with

some rim shards for your perusal

the bucket of rim pieces B4 washing

now kinda rinsed off a bit

center and just above is one of me fav's which we call the 'rainbow'

this and the next are the most rare pieces that have the finger/fingernail imprints

Love the finger marks.
I found one...only one with most of an entire handprint once.
Yours are part of the design..that's real cool.

They really made some fine looking pottery and had an impressive attention to detail.

Can you actually see their fingerprints on the impressions?

I've got some shards from Georgia,Arkansas, Ohio and Michigan and loup them all but so far no fingerprints...
