If the rocks are in Spain, then yes, they are Spanish. Otherwise, probably not.

Either way, they are just rocks.

There seems to be some. See the shadow heart/omega coming off the boulder next to the turtle head, with a flat heart rock next to it? That's a bad looking lightening bolt over there far right.
If I was researching this area, I'd take many more pics, at all different angles different times of day & of the year. I like the first pic too. It took me awhile, back when
I first started looking, studying to see the markers/monuments work, but it helps alot too, if you know how they thought, what they used & why.
