Still can't decide!

Hey guys,
Being a newbie with a keen interest in the hobby,I still can't decide which is a good entry-level detector to start the hobby.
With that being said,are there still any areas in Bergen County,NJ which haven't had the heck pounded out of them without anything being left to MD?
Any info is appreciated!

Welcome to Tnet, seems you need to get a detector and get out their, if your not sure you want to do this hobby just buy a cheapo for starters, youll find stuff for sure, if you deside you like detecting then upgrade...
