still getting the gold

while waiting on low tide I searched the wet sand an dry sand an 1st dug up what I thought was a white gold ring an ten minutes later got the 14k gold ring.Had 2 guys just walk right up to me an started detecting as if I wasn't even there.After about 10 minutes I told them if they want this part of the beach so bad you can have it an left to a new area, this beach covers at less 10 miles of sand an they have to hunt 20 ft from me?They never said a word when I left.The water hunt was really slow 1st 4 hours turned up 4 pennys an all the dimes (10)were found in 1 spill,.After spending 6 hours in the water the ring I though was white gold started to lost its luster,I guess this is a good test if its real or not.

I'll bet you weren't using a PI and them guys VLF's. They don't play well together. You should have just moved away and let them have the beach an not give them the satisfaction or a reply. Course they could have been newbies too and not know any better.

Congrat's on the Gold. ALWAYS, nice to go home with gold in your pocket. It's sounds like they knew what they were doing, like it's a turf thing. Just show them up by finding more gold. Nice job.
