Symbol on cane end ?

I don't know if it's a symbol or fancy initials ? Part of the stick part has broken off , so it would have been longer .

Wonder what an O looks like from the same site? Have to admit it is a rather fancy Q

The O and the Q from the site are both exactly the same (reply 7) so obviously the link posted by Breezie is a mistake. Maybe someone will contact the Florida Educational Clearinghouse and tell them to correct it.
