My buddy John and I scouted new sites and hunted hard. The tall grass and the hard ground made it a challenge. We finally did find a new camp site. I expect we will recover more stuff after the grass is down this winter. We have been successful finding different camps and I believe we will do well this year. I hope everyone had some good luck. Tsgman those are great finds! Congratulations. The spoked wheel that Birdman asked about appears to be off a
toy locomotive.

Nice stuff there....I like the heart buckle and all the CW stuff is always great.

Found any hammers lately? I got one from a skirmish site in South Carolina last winter. In fact I got many pieces of Springfields.

Badger, I have only found a barrel ring off a Spfld. rifle. The part that held the barrel onto the stock.

Greta finds.

TSGMAN, I need your skill finding the remaining CS and Union camps before all of the subdivisions take over!
