Hello I purchased a Tesoro Deleon for 80 bucks good or bad deal.. I was using a discovery 3300.

Ya know I thought about when I looked at what one of them were new. This detector though does not sound like my other one. This one don't beep high and low sounds. I hope it isn't tore up?

Well Ha Ha I found it in the local newspaper so if he's a thief he's a dumb one ha ha. He had it at 100 and there is a small scratch on the display and he took 80. The Deleon a pretty good detector have you ever used this one before?

No i use a Tesoro Toltec II ...but you got a great deal....try posting in the Tesoro Forum and see what they say about there.

will do thanks it came with a troy shadow 7 " coil as well

The DeLeon and Troy 7" coil should work fine for you. I've retrieved many good finds using the D.

No, it doesn't have multiple tones, but the screen segments and numbers will give you an idea what the target is. If it didn't come with the manual you can download one online from kellyco detectors or Tesoro. Great price on a super detector.

awesome thanks guys and girls the 7" coil was extra. It has the stock coil on as well. What coil works best and goes deeper?
