Playing with Affinity Photo this evening. I took a pic during the early summer after a rain storm. Lots of rain splashed on the window, got it in focus but all the background was out of focus. Frequency separation makes two layers, one being a grey scale image with all the "high frequency" items (wrinkles, acne, etc.). Placed that hf layer above a pic of a daisy I had intentionally blurred a small bit. Went back to the texture image and flipped it horizontally then copied it again and placed at the top of the layer stack. Used motion blur on each of the hf layers, at 90 degrees from each other. This was what I got. Kinda looks like a painting.
