I remember when we first moved here, I had to rake almost daily because of all the trees and ONLY two were mine We have to buy "City approved" lawn trash sacks and I would have 30+ bags filled during the fall. Then I tried mulching them, only jamming up my riding lawnmower.

Well at least if you went solar you wouldn't have to pay a monthly electric bill.

We’ve talked about it. The contractor that put my metal roof on installs panels also. I’ve just got a few more irons in the fire to think about that right. My 2 gardens are working me at the moment. Plus I just put a new storm safe room in and need to paint it.

On the solar panels. I’ve got pecan trees all around my house. I probably get 6 hours of sun and shaded the rest.

I was a scout too. Had fun times. I was always trying to be the first in earning a particular badge.
