Yea, but that's still a good haul!!!

I found them just as it was getting dark! I must have missed 3 of them!

Pretty cool though. Nice cache!

nice find, were they in anything at all or just in the ground? I haven't found a pile in one hole like that. Two silver quarters stacked on top each other is the best I've done in one hole.

Great finds BountyHunter! Thanks for sharing...

I assume they were in a paper roll they were all stacked perfectly..the newest was a 2000 so they had been there about 14 years. They were about 6 inches deep, it was real sandy soil by a creek at a church lot.

That is really cool. Congrats on the find.

Nice haul! Ya that many silver would be an awesome find!

So close yet so far.... :) Cool Find :)

Congrats , that's still a jackpot :occasion14:

haha..Thats really cool!. At least they were dimes, A couple years ago, i found a roll of pennies, that were still in the "Roll" position

Wow! I have found that many clad dimes in one hunt before, but they were in separate holes. Could hardly walk the next day. One hole would be much easier!

They were still in the roll position, I guess the paper just deteriorated over the years!

The second picture is before I broke them apart

Thats still a cool find in my book, bet that got the heart racing!

Congrats! :headbang: In addition to the 3 dimes you missed, there may be other entire or scattered coin rolls near that location. :icon_thumright: Two years ago, my son dug over $60 in quarters in one limited area about 40' x 40' in size! Most of his quarter rolls were still intact, but some were scattered. His haul dated from the 60's thru the 80's, so lost or buried quite a while ago. Andi
