Time zone??????

What time is Tnet in .....some one asked me .. An i don't really know Because it is 5:30 Pm on the east coast now and it says my post was put up at 10:30 Pm.. So Tnet must not be in the United States

So as i see it Tnet is outside the US...For 5:30 pm t0 10:30 pm is 5 hours so Tnet must be coming from some foreign country..??
