Today I crossed 4000 coins for the year...

Well it was not a thing of beauty but I have not posted my last two hunts because of low numbers but crossing 4000 I thought I would post! 59 coins, 2 1/2 hours, 1 1941-s wheatie in middle of picture. Also changed back to stock coil due to loss of depth with small coil in the hard ground, we are due for some rain!

I personally average around 14.5 bazillion per hour, but on a good day can hit 15 bazillion!!

Thanks I think 10,000 is within reach but not sure I want to hunt that much! Right now I go 3x a week 2-3 hours a hunt. I have not figured out what it would take to get to 10,000....I am not out every day like some are. I average 60 coins a trip so lets see....At the average I am at I think I would need 165 trips! <<<Not sure I will get out that much but if I think it is within reach maybe some long days. Think I have been out around 65 times this year.

Thanks I am really grinding it out now my numbers have dropped as soon as the heat rolled in. The ground from lack of rain has all but taken any serious depth out of my detector. I am trying to make adjustments including a coil change, would rather have some rain to help! I know what you mean about some of the posts, it does get crazy when they don't even make sense anymore.....

WTG Craig! 10,000 is just around the corner, You gotta be the best all around coin shooter I ever heard of, not like some posters lately who feel the need to feed their own ego's with outrageous claims of bazillions of coins per hour,

I think it is really hard to make comparisions, Not sure how long you hunt but I hunt 8-10 hours a week that is it. I know actually on one of the boards I post there is someone getting out everyday and has gone over 7,000! Also earlier in year saw someone claim 10,000. So I don't want to be first, or second just now I am trying to figure out based on my 3 short hunts a week if I can hit 10,000. Might need quite a few long ones,,,,which I am not sure I want to do!
