Today was incredible!! 300 years of coins recovered!

Teamed up with my buddies Dan and James today to hit a farm field and had some time before meeting at our spot so I figured I’d take a ride and see what else looked promising, ended up finding a colonial style homestead with fields around it with a massive for sale sign, figured give it a knock, permission granted! We gathered up and came up with a game plan and went to work, ended up finding a few toasted largies and a pocket spill with two silver Washington’s and a wheat penny, one .925 silver ring and a brass ring missing the stone, lots of trash to pick through and the property proved to be virgin and gave up quite the variety of keepers. On the way home me and James decided to hit a random small farm field behind an old tavern that looked to be no longer in use and pretty promising on the aerials of the area, so we decided to give it a whirl, not even 30 feet into the field first signal pops out a super surprise and bucket lister, 1700s 2 reale cut pistereen!! I almost died! After composing ourselves we continued on, another largie, few Indians and some trash, toward the back weedline of the field I got a beautiful silver signal, popped out a sweet Seated silver dime! Just incredible! Ended up with a few more relics and a sweet musket ball and that was all she wrote, just love days like this!!!! :headbang:
