Treasure Clue, can you help?

I personally believe that there are 15 tokens......Just based on the number of pictures and dropcaps....however....there could be some suprises in there....ones that we didnt know...

The poem says "tweleve treasures for you to keep" => how many treasures that can't be kept?

Why would there be thirteen? Some might believe that stopping on thirteen would be unlucky.

I counted 15 dropcaps... and would subscribe to the 15 token theory.

Using basic induction/deduction we have K(12) and K+1(13) so it is feasible that K+2(14) and K+3(15) exist...

I am of the personal believe that whoever gets the pook gem should return him to his rightful owner.....(kinda the charlie and the choclate everlasting gobstopper thing) after all pook is a replica of MS'S pet.

of course I could be wrong on all the above conjectures......

Where is four corners located, and is anyone else having trouble like i am i no how to get to the clues but i still havent been able to see them everytime i try to find it it doesnt work can someone try to put the clue into the gallery i would really appreciate it thanks DKOS

Sorry about the mistake in the solution post.....meant to have two oranges and no greens.

Scroll back up and recheck I have modified the post for any interested.....

it should be
Aqua
Red
Violet
Yellow
Orange

then

violet
Aqua
Red
Yellow
Orange.

Notice that on the second set the orange and red might be interchangable and needed to work with both also

here is the comlplete info I have on this:

sageimac on tweleve posted this link a very interesting perspective....put into combination with my previous info on the color sequence.

Scuba: Could Aqua be Turquoise?

I am aware of a Four Corners New Mexico. It is the only place in the US where four states converge at one point: New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.

For parents who purchased ATT to have some fun with their children, I want to recommend a REAL children?s story book, whose only treasure is the fun of reading and figuring out a puzzle. ?Chasing Vermeer? by Blue Balliett has been called the ?Da Vinci Code? for children. There are puzzle clues in the illustrations that children can figure out on their own (even though it took me to the end of the book to decipher them).

Hopper....

no aqua is aqua turquoise is turquoise......lol had to do that

I chose aqua because I can use the A and the U from it to form the pattern in the word adventurer

If you look at the first five letters there is only one way that all colors can fit...if blue is aqua then you can use the "A"...there is no "A" in any other color except for orange....but then you are left with the "N" there is no "N" in the other colors except green...but green seems to be the color for the center bloom and not a petal. ?So A=Aqua D=Red V=Violet E=Yellow (even though it can be used in red, blue, purple, green, and orange)....it is the only letter of the first five that fit for yellow....this leaves N=orange.

Now I just have to figure out how the wheel mechanism works.......havent had much time busy with pg41......does anyone have infor that could help on pg 41?

Hey All: I don't want to sound like I'm bragging (heck with that, I AM bragging), but my niece was accepted at Yale. As the top student in her senior class, she will be valedictorian a week from Friday at her graduation in the Bay Area. As I was telling Nole, if we have any puzzles left to solve by then, I'm going to ask her to help her favorite aunt, but she's too busy with end of school, part-time job, and writing that speech right now. If you have any SF Bay Area clues or along route 80 between Auburn and Bay Area, I'll be leaving early a.m. on June 17.

She doesn't have to pick a major until sophomore year and no firm plans as to what she wants to be when she grows up, but she's leaning toward working with Jethro Bodine at the Double Knot Spy Agency.

Only the last part is a joke. I'm so proud of her!

Aunt Peggy

Peggy ,? BRAG AWAY !? Tell her we are all happy for her and

? ? ? ? ? CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? From all of us .

P.S. Bring your book just in case she has a minute to spare . LOL

Looks like Chrisx and her crew of 6 actually found the caterpillar.
There is a better pic posted on tweleve.

Peggy - How wonderful! You tell Nole that she should ENJOY her college years and learn all she can - those may be some of the best years of her life. And, oh yes, she needs to help aunt Peggy fund her retirement! Congrats! Susan
