Treasure Clue, can you help?

Dkos2, of course I got the spider. Didn't anyone tell you? The solution requires using just the red in the knots. And just use the center 5 places for the coordinates. Don't use the two outside colors at all. You get Pricketts Fort and some stuff. Have you not seen the token? Oh, here it is - it's my avatar.

Carol - I never hear anything from you anymore. Too busy to email me? I don't know if I can wait a year for the next book. My addiction will have worn off by then.

Hmmm you enjoy torturing people don't you?

And with his harmless multiple personality disorder yesterday ;D ;D ;D (am I correct???), Cegodsey is probably having more fun on this Hunt than most ;)

Good hunting to all on the remaining token(s)!!

Cheers,

That's right. ?Me and Bill are both from AR.

Omni, I almost looked you up when I had a solution to the blocks. ?Frank Pees Park. ?Frank P didn't get me much, so I googled Frank State Park, and got Frank Pate Park on the gulf coast of FL. ?After all that, I saw that my original solution was Frank Pees Moon, not park. ?It actually read, IGFUANKPEESMOON. ?Mean anything to anyone?

TCDad - was that yesterday? Seems so far away...

I've been soo busy l8tely that i havent checked this site in like 2 wks.

I'll probably take the token. But first, I need to call it in. In order for me to do that, I've got to create a backside to my token so that I can get the phone number and serial number. It was in West Virginia. Why do you think it was in Arizona?

Ernie , i know you'll be back if i have to drag you . I don't think the new hunt would be as exciting without you and all the fun you bring to the hunt . I'm hoping that we can make the next one a little more organized as it is on other forums , but without the other stuff . That is why i chose to stay here . I also hope everyone else comes back to help tackle the BOOGER . HH, CAROL

So who really got the spider i know that avatar is just a cartoon lookin thing was it really you can u be kind of clear and actually tell me because i really dont like when people take advantage and try to confuse me especially when they know i am younger than them??? just wonderin

Dykos , i don't think anyone knows who the finder is yet . At least i haven't found any info saying who yet . Ernie is just having fun , which is a good thing and something we all seem to forget when we are trying to solve these puzzles .

ERNIE,
Completely off the suject, but have you ever gone to the Crater of Diamonds State Park?

Yep, when I was a kid. It was hot and muggy. Yuck.

I can't wait until this Beetle is solved. My wife said that either we are going to get our phone number changed, or she's going up north to shoot somebody. I'm not sure what that means, but I don't think it pertains to me.

cegodsey - I've been away from the search for awhile. Whats the latest?

Hey Lucid- Good luck with your hunt that you go on in the next week. The one good thing that you have going for you when time is not on your side is that the beetle still has not been solved and most are working on that instead of Pook. Let me know if you need any help.

Omni - Sorry to hear the news about you. Hope that everything goes well for you. I do hope that you return for the Sept. 06 hunt.

Carol - You bet that I will be after whatever booger wants to dish out.

Hopperr - Hope that your family is well and that the weather isn't unbearable. It is very hot in my area right now and I think of you when my kids are out of control because of the heat.

Cegodsey - Caro is right and you do make the hunt fun. You will never go in my hall of shame!!

Good luck to all!!!

Tracie

P.S. Any ideas on how to solve the beetle? Since Lucidious has Pook maybe we can work on Beetle.

WOW!!!!!!! I'm so glad to see so many of you still here!! I've tried to check in once in a while, but never really get more than 2-3 mins. What can I say, but some times life intercedes, and you don't really get to choose your priorities...Any who, I had more than just a couple of minutes and thought I would say "Hi".

Carol, it is so nice to read your posts! You have such a wonderfully positive attitude that shines right through!! Geogodsey, you are wonderfully neurotic and have made me smile at some of my worst moments.

I may not get to check in as much as I would like, but I really wanted to say thanks to you all for being "out there"!

Carol, did I hear you say "Booger"? I'm in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think it would be a really great idea for us to be more organized, but I don't think I would take it to the extreme that some other sites have.

By the way, it may have been said, but I have no time for travel, so I'll post this in case it helps anyone, or in case it has not been posted ...I took the vine around the middle box on the thistle Beetle page and went clockwise around the box counting the wraps and got PACKGAPE. When I Googled it it came back..."did you mean Peapack?" There is a Peapack State Park in NJ. Not likely that the beetle would be in NJ...? I know alot of people say that the location is in the blocks because of the 5 unused and upside down blocks in the upper left corner of that page, and most of the other puzzles have a "key". I've tried this so many different ways and got bupkis!!!

that's ok. I respond to cegadsey as well. I didn't actually notice that you had misspelled it. I'm so use to Bass intentionally misspelling it that I've become accustomed to the error. I guess that's bad, 'cause it makes me wonder how many possible solutions I have overlooked because I just didn't see them.

How did you get 8 characters out of 5 pairs of wraps? I got TEXAH or GEXAS. (Never quite what I wanted at the same time). TEXAH is some sort of poker game, by the way.

As to the blocks, I'm starting to think along the lines of the letters. Maybe not using a 5x5 :o
