I wonder if $50.00 buys in to the entire treasure, or do you pay for each hunt?

I don't know but the main Clues are already There .
any places you can walk to While Kayaking (Paths leading to Creeks & Rivers )

Look for spots that Stand out. Large Boulders, Unusual Trees and/or other natural & un-natural Features, like Bridges That he Could Describe as a clue.
Once your There Inspect everywhere for an X Painted on a Rock or Tree
and dig at the spot.

He apparently was Clueless himself Giving so much info away already.

He also suggested he'd keep an eye on them, Which could mean they are Not Buried, But Secreted like Geo Caches
in easy access spots like parks along the way

It's $50 per hunt and no one knows except him how many tix are sold per hunt. The clues, ect are sent out at a certain time/date to each person who bought a ticket then you can begin search.

pure and simple money grab. Million$ my butt cheek! A handful of half-decent caches worth a few thousand and then con thousands of people to pay him hundreds for the clues to something that may or may not be there.

he's looking at full retail prices on his end, that's why so high.

a $1000,00 Cut Diamond is only worth 10 Cents a Point outside the ring it's set in.

the silver coins are worth more
