I have been going through my grandpa's collection and some just look like rocks, while others look like the real deal. Then there's some that leave me scratching my head and not sure what to think. One of these that I'm posting is a flat stone in a teardrop shape with slanted sides. I wouldn't be surprised if at least a couple of these are just rocks, but pretty sure a couple others are something. Figured I'd ask you all as I've been getting some very helpful feedback. Not sure if it's better to post individual or several at a time? Just hope it's okay for me to keep working through the collection with all of your experience to separate the treasure from the rocks.

very obvious ancient tools. Please don’t try and filter out plain old rocks from his collection until you have learned to recognize the difference, which is a slow process. Even then it helps to ask for opinions. I’d err on the side of caution as pictures don’t always do a piece justice. Thanks for sharing!

...looks like some hammer stone, some adzes and a pestle or two. There might be a net weight and a couple I’m not sure about.
I think you have a nice family heirloom...
Very much appreciate your help with identifying these. Seems I can look at pics all day on the internet but still not be sure what I have. Thank you!

Appreciate your advice as I am new to this but very intrigued with all of it. Very glad you said something because I had just started putting aside some. I will keep posting to make sure I don't let my inexperience and lack of knowledge cause an artifact to get thrown away. Thanks again!

It is amazing how long it takes to start seeing more than just rocks. I’m on a long journey towards understanding myself.
