Hi, i found a kind of key i guest or something like that, on one side says TWIGG on the other one says ENGLAND.

Looks like a needle valve part.

but for what? a gun?

No, a valve for fluid or a gas. The point at the end gives a fine adjustment, like in a carburetor, or a propane gas burner.
