Frustrating!!!!!!!!!!! The stone is 2/3rds polished. Anyone ever seen one or know what it might be

Is it flat on one side, could be an undrilled gorget:icon_scratch:
 
This is the rough broad side. If you look at the right side half way down, you can still see a dab of polished area left over
