two ring bullet?

[Dirt-Diggler]

I was poking around in the woods in Traverse City, MI and found this. The root structure was so deep all my finds were only an inch or two from the surface, including this one. I want to say it is a fired two ringer? What do you think?

Hard to tell if it is a bullet Dirt-Diggler .
