Came across this title recently. Hadn't seen it mentioned on any sites. It is very dense. A bit over 200 pages but uses small type. It's pretty much equivalent to a 400+ page book. Touches on a bit of everything. Covers old tech and current. Not too many copies floating around.

I see one on eBay and one on Amazon, you're right, that's not very many. Recommend bookfinder.com for searching for books.
