I hope everybody gets a new metal detector for Christmas that will only detect as deep as you want to dig, has batteries that are always charged and only cost as much as the change in your pocket! I hope you get a car that gets 500 miles per gallon and can haul detectors and friends near you that want to go detect. I wish this car has enough room so everyone can sleep in the car comfortably and never have to spend money at hotels. If just this could happen, we could see each other more often and detect a lot more. And I wish only the best health for all of us and a clear calendar so we could visit more and oh yeah...a new President that actually has us in mind instead of themselves!!! Merry Christmas!!!!

Well a 1/2 of a six-pack met today.There was Doug,Cybercop w/Ellen and myself.We met at the Cracker Barrel restaurant near Rolla,MO.Had a fantastic 2hr lunch which cyber insisted on paying for,although doug and myself offered.Cyber said it had something to do with some kind of delivery charges?Anyway it was certainly great getting together again and I really enjoyed myself.Ellen is a sweet gal and will fit into our bunch just fine,except,I think she eats wierd stuff from what I gather.She was buying out the store area and cyber was waiting patiently outside for her when we left them.Have a safe trip back to Florida,Jim.See ya at the next hunt.

I thought I was gonna have to 'wrassle' Warsaw for the bill, but luckily the waitress was closer to me when she brought it! And then he and Doug kept tryin' to stick money in my pockets and stuff They DID get the tip before I could though!
Ellen loves the Cracker Barrel General Store, but she was only buying Clearance Sale items......
so she said
Anyway, I'll be meeting Bobby to give him his new toy on the way back to Tally. Sure can't wait to get the gang (and everybody else) together again for another hunt! Gotta have something to do while we wait for the Big Uvalde Backhoe Find to play out...... 8)
And CTH3 is just too far away!!!

Happy New Years on rookie night!!!! Be careful, stay off the roads, enjoy watching the ball fall and hit midnight, make sure there's long fuses on your fireworks and prepare for another action packed year of "Dirt Fishing". This should be the year we kick it up a notch so be prepared. Nothing boring about this group this coming year!!!!
