After six months of detecting and 44 trips to the beach, I finally found real gold. Turned out to be an 18k Cartier ring.

Update: It was a fake Cartier. And gold plated.

I'm sure there are, probably at beaches where very well-to-do people tend to swim.

A lot of high quality jewelry in the Miami area beaches like South Beach, and Key Biscayne area.

A lot of European tourists go to those beaches with high dollar jewelry. Just be sure to pay the meters on SB and park legally, dont park in resort parking on Key Biscayne area unless a registered guest, they monitor the parking lots and vehicles of non guests are towed.

Every year I get an education on what the hottest brands are....whatever the jewlery fashion craze is....examples will end up in my swim holes !! This year i got an education in "chrome hearts". I had never herd of it, and quickly got an education at how 15 dollars worth of silver can sell for 500$ 😲😲!! This summer ive gotten Tiffany, cartier, chrome hearts, Gucci, tous, pandora, and vanclef !! I really enjoy researching the brands and learning about them....ive become a real jewelry fan !! Amazing craftsmanship in some of these pieces !!
