Fee of which is still vested in the United States does come to mind here. What do you think?
 

The term “Fee book” is defined at only one location within “The State of Oregon” code. Whereas the phrase “Fee book to be kept” is used elsewhere in the code (1 – 2 locations).



Phrases such as base fee, qualified fee can also be used.
 

Any reference to pages and numbers usually are referred to a "Fee book".
