What do you folks make of this? Celt?

It's tapered on one end and rounded at the other. On the tapered end, the top and bottom "ends" are angled and smoothed. Sides are very smooth. The indentations/lines caught my attention. Used as a sharpener or from hafting?? There looks to be "use" damage. Found in a site filled with stuff - hope it's not just a rock.

Well for sure it’s a rock.

But it I doubt it is a Celt. The typical bit just ain’t there.
