A few yrs back I was on the beach and a few people were digging clams,lol I was getting a signal from a hot rock and when I dug it up I also pulled out a clam.
These 2 fellows close to me looked at each other then the one guy asked me if I was finding anything? I just looked up and replied that all i was getting is clams,lol.
He looked at his buddy said said in a fairly excited voice, hey did you hear him hes finding clams.
I walked away chuckling to myself.

I had some three year old kid one time explain to his two year old something sister that I could find Gold with that! I thought that was cute - and his parents must have tought him that!

I'm not into MDing myself but have a wierd sence of humor.There are alot of people who do it on near by beaches so I started keeping one of the new gold looking coins with me and will come up behind someone with a detector to a spot they just covered and start yelling "Look what I just found!!" They always stop for atleast 10 minutes checking out their equipment.
