I found this emerald ring this last fall (2012), and I had it sized, and I wear it when I feel I need some more luck. I will be wearing it when I go looking for artifacts.

I like a lot of different minerals but opal, tourmaline and garnet have to be on the top at the moment.

I can get you alot of black chert rock. Matter of fact that is what my walkway is. When I first started out chert was all I could find but a little while back I had to size down some for new specimens so out went the chert.

I find some just like both pictured at a job site we are working on. Like I said I have tons of it made a sidewalk out of the stuff. Made some pendants out of the mixed colored one seems to be easier to work with for me as well. It is amazing what all we do have now that I have been searching and finding spots. Have yet to go out to most of them.

OK well you already have most of what I have found. I will look for some red jasper then. If I find it I will send that instead. Unless you already have that? I didnt know Tn had the same type of flint and chert we do here. I know Ala has some but it swirls with a tan to brown chert. I dont have that here though. Wish we did.
