some ice fishing  just be sure to have warm layers and a thermos full of :coffee2:

My winter hobby is dreaming of spring!!!! I hate snow and we get lots here in WNY. It could be worse I guess......

What's winter? :icon_jokercolor:

Internet poker :icon_pirat: I use the same handle on full tilt, savant365, come find me and play some cards when the snow flies

If the weather is crap then the surfs usually good, so its time to get wet. If no surf, then fish the deep holes. If the weather cooperates then I'll go MDing, and the best part is the parks and beaches are pretty much void of people.

My winter hobby is metal detecting. Too hot out here in the summer for detecting unless it's a good park with big trees, otherwise too many snakes if I'm relic hunting.

It's only "Winter" when the ground is frozen solid.

My winter "hobby" is doing Massive amounts of research and finding enough sites to last the whole year.

I'm with Buck...I hide in the library, do some geneology, read the really old newspapers....

Find some more places to detect.
If it aint froze...I'll detect it.

sure sure....rub it in! Just remember when the rest of us are freezing we will be counting on you to be posting incredible finds so we dont feel so bad! :tongue3:

Research, lots and lots of research.

I dont have a winter hobby, wished i did, thats when i gain all my weight, then in the summer i starve myself to get it all off! How dumb is that? lol

We only get winter like 3 days over a 5 month period.

Its too hot in the summer so I waterhunt then, in the winter I am back out in the brush relic hunting.

Woodworking and pen turning. Maybe ice fishing.
