Found in park. It's made of brass and 3 inches long and 1/2 inch at the smaller end.
Looks like it has OZ stamped on it and next slot looks like 1 1/2 and next slot a 1 .

I'm leaning towards a snake not a flask, because of the long collar. A snake is a long leather tube for shot, that belts around you, over one shoulder and under the other arm.

It would take a liberal amount of alcohol to get me near a snake, btw.

Yep,thats good info,they are often mis ided as "powder chargers",though,and notice the "Oz",they were for shot
