I struggle also, I’ve been a member since 2012 and I believe the format had changed 3 or 4 times. Hard to keep up.
They made it owner friendly but not user friendly. Very hard to navigate without an app.
Forum had same software from 2012 till last year when new software was installed. It is easy to navigate if you take the time to explore it. If you are using your phone click the 3 dots and check mark "desktop site", then it is same as a desktop.

Look how many years this forums goes back and stored information. To keep doing that they had to upgrade the servers and while they were at it they updated the format. You can drag and drop photos and you can host your own videos with out going through another server.
The upgrades are way better. I imagine if you have trouble with this when you first joined many years ago you also had trouble at first then.
It is a better experience for members over all.
