We planned a little MD'ing in a local elementary school yard today with a fellow Wisconsin/Florida member named Terry. Terry was going to come out and show my daughter and myself how to better pinpoint items and get us more comfortable with the detector. The day was beautiful and in the mid 80's. At the end of the day I decided I better get my own detector. I don't think my daughter is going to share with me any more.

Between the the 3 of us we found about $4 in change, 1 gold ring, 1 charm bracelet, & 3 matchbox cars. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring a camera along to shoot Terry's finds, but we snapped pics of our loot when we got home. I took a few pics of the oldest coins

Sunray YF-1 Invader - Inline. It has really helped find objects in packed dirt.

Yes, it's her detector....I guess I'm her MD'ing buddy. I think I'll be getting my own detector this week..and another lesche digging tool. I doubt I'll get another probe yet.

Great story, great job!

You may want to look into purchasing SunRay's Pro Gold headphones for your daughter. I found them to be a little smaller than the Gray Ghost Ultimates or Killer Bee Hornets; lighter too.

Also, You need to figure out a way to rig up a detector on that pup! :)

I think that coilwire should be wrapped on better. It could cause some ghost signals if hanging too loose. :)

Really? Hadn't heard that before. Easy fix for sure.

Thanks

This is true.. it was either on my Garrett dvd or in the hand booklet when I bought my ace 250
