Did you by chance by the one at the link below? If so, then the doubling on the "8's" is very similar to Longacre Doubling seen on the Indian Head Cent series and more information can be found at the second link below. It has been my experience that coins with Longacre Doubling have little if any additional value above their' collectible market value but some folks collect such coins and will pay some premium above the collectible market value. Having the Die Cracks is a plus and when you combine the two Errors together on one coin, then surely some Collector will pay a fair premium above the collectible market value.

The Queen Victoria Canadian large cents are really neat. In 2011 Charlton devoted a section of the guide to them.

Here is the one doubled 1888 they have listed- there are many versions. Your coin does not appear to be the same and as you can see there is not much of a real premium.

Many die cracks and quirks are scattered throughout the series - they are very fun coins to study!

Well, at least with your' coin, I am the belief that was apprears to be doubling, is not similar to Longacre Doubling. I believe what you have is a re-cut Date and if so, it can carry a premium and then with the Die Cracks and even more premium. Now, what the premium would be is hard to say! You need to investigate it more and see if any have sold which would be considered a Variety, although a minor one but as previously stated, having the Die Cracks and the Variety is a plus. See the link below and see if your' coin is the same or very similar to this coin.
