Went out for an hour and a half down the road from my house. They are tearing down three houses one is 1800s two from the 1940s. 1864 2 cent, CT. Civil war button. I just started to soak it in lemon juice. Shoe buckle frame, spoon cut out, aluminum deer antler.

That's a highly successful hunt! The fact that you didn't have to travel far for all those goodies is a big bonus. Congrats!

It's a half mile from my house. I hope to go back today. It's raining here now. Looks like it will clear up for a few hours.
 
Nice finds !! Out of the many many coins I've pulled out of Civil War sites over 30 years , that 2 Cent'r still eludes me.
