Hello friends of T. Net!
These are the results of a hunt for four hours to the field and the beach last Sunday ,but did not post till today.
I started the day by a very accomplished before fields for three hours , these fields are very close to the beach and there I could find two Medals of 17th century , also a Spanish infantry botton and fragments of buckles, coins and so simple ... ..
Then I went for an hour at a nearby beach and I could find another medal ,formerly the Spanish we were very religious, for that reason are so many medals ..... now the opposite , and also 12 Euros ($ 16)
It was sunny and pleasant, but at sunset on the beach rained a bit ... but it was relaxing and nice to start my season on the beach.

Yes Steve ..... I like all styles of detection, but this bez only went to the beach to see if the sea water was cold and return to dive into it, (the jewels of Gold are below the sea)

Only the central part of Golden .... but not how many carat, color and oxidation state is different from the edges.
I can not sell because it is mixed, but the next ring of gold itself.

have more than 350 years each ... not bad, in the same fields I hunt pre-Roman coins found 2200 years old.

how do you date the medals and various other artifacts you find?

Religious medals are found by the hundreds throughout the year ... Over the years you learn to differentiate ...
The Medals with sticks on the side are 16th century
The with a small altar near the hitch are 17th century.
The that are completely round are 18th century
and placed the hitch in front are 19th century.
The same with the coins and other findings ..... are over 25 years experience.
