Wrong on two counts. "The lost" does not refer to the doctor, and the doctor is not a "physician" as most think of them. He works with things like PTSD, and - although I do not agree with many of his beliefs, nor he with many of mine - he does provide a valuable service to our veterans and other, and I MUST respect him for that.

I had one of those young doctors about 18 months ago. I had a small spot of toenail fungus, happens pretty regular to us diabetics. His solution was to cut my toes and remove half of the nail.

As I said, I'm diabetic. The last thing you want to do for a diabetic is injure an extremity ... like a toe.

It doesn't take a physician to realize that something like that is a bit more dangerous for a diabetic than a simple prescription of lamasil ... or one of the old fashioned treatments that worked (Apple Cider Vinegar).

I just had a mild heart attack. The test showed a blockage and my heart working at 70%. I was sent to a new doctor at a University Hospital, I seen the doctor 5 minute. He had read my test from four months ago and determined there was nothing wrong with me. My last test were only 2 weeks old. I was told to go home and make a appointment in 6 months..................this is what you can expect folks. Unless your a congressman or senator or a health care professional. Also, the cost of Insurance just doubled over night. Yes there are some very rich muthers out there and they aint doctors.

No need to amputate anything. Took care of the problem the old fashioned way ... and actually lowered my sugar in the process. Them old people around here ain't as dumb as folks think they are.

Worked in Monticello for a few years, even ran a store there back in the 90's. Who was your friend?

As for the Hogs, I'd like them to win every weekend --- except when they play LSU.

My two favorite college teams to cheer for though, are LSU and whoever is playing against Alabama.

Mostly to aggravate the rest of the family!! All very BIG TIGER FANS! My ole buddy is Mckiever who unfortunately had a stroke and had to quit practice at an early age! His father was a pharmacist in Monticello! Visited the place many times-nice town! GOOD HUNTING!! VERDE!!

On my job here in Arkansas, I setup a couple of big screen TVs on the day the U of A and LSU play. Not much work gets done, but we all have a great time.

I don't want to get into details, but you are mistaken in your beliefs as to what I do. I am a physician, I have a "Medical Doctor" at the end of my name. I have delivered babies, resuscitated the dead, called codes, sutured, assisted in surgeries...

I know you meant no offense with your comment and none was taken. However, if I'm not a physician then somebody is really screwing me over with the malpractice insurance, Board exams, and licensing fees.

Sorry I misunderstood your qualifications. No offense taken, and thanks for clearing that up.

I'm sure you understand that it isn't the right that is forcing this down our throats, working so hard to make distinction between the wealthiest and the rest of us. Not dissimilar to the aristocracy of the lands we fought to separate ourselves from back in the 18th century.

You need to understand that the left really does love their clearly defined class distinctions. Middle class, upper middle class, lower middle class and poor can be combined into one so that when one doesn't fall into the "wealthy" or "aristocratic" class, they can just be treated as the great unwashed masses or the "undesireables" class.

And yes, some who claim to be on the right would like things that way as well. We call them RINOs (Republicans In Name Only). Their policies are leftist, but because they call themselves republicans, some are stupid enough to only look at the R and say "I'm choosing the lesser of two evils."

What a fall for a once great nation - one who defeated both National Socialism and Communism (they yielded without a shot being fired) - only to fall prey to the same cancer from within and became exactly like those enemies we defeated, adopting their failed systems of government.
