Aaah, it is Really Cold in Carson City, NV

I came here 3 months ago. I really was hoping it wouldn't be too cold. Apparently it doesn't actually snow in this valley. I left OR after many years of very chilly rainy winters.

I just wish I could snowbird, like an acquaintance did. Las Vegas in winter to Portland, Or for summers. This when I win a lottery, Sigh.
