Here is new information on Atlantis, which is very close to mine. :laughing7:

Lost city of Atlantis, swamped by tsunami, may be found | Reuters

I really doubt it, as they stated:
the site just north of Cadiz, Spain

- is far more probably the site of Tarshish, not Atlantis. Tarshish aka Tartessus was known to be located near Gades, aka Cadiz, destroyed around 400 BC. Far too young to be Atlantis, and while once a powerful city-state, far from being a virtual 'super power' as Atlantis was supposed to be. Thanks for sharing that story amigo! Keep 'em coming!

This has ALWAYS intrigued me.
So,,Atlantis was a full sized CONTINENT?
Or was it something more like this?

A map of the region before Atlantis been submerged . The book is only in Greek language and they ( the organization OEA ) state how the Atlantis was submerged/pushed down by a power from the Moon , and at the time that Atlantis was submerged , the other lands around were rised .
With the green dot ( shows the arrow ) is the place of the Eye of Sahara .

Now they understnd your problem in Yankee talk my Grick friend :laughing7: Seriously I tend to agree with them with the exception of being pushed under by a force from the moon, it was simple plate subduction and faulting with spain.

In 1664 , German Jesuit Father Athanasius Kircher published MUNDUS SUBTERRANEUS which contained a map of Atlantis, based he claimed, on an old Egyptian map. What is shows (notice North is pointed south) looks like South America, including the rivers and Andes Mountains.
Kircher also studied fossils, the VOYNICH MANUSCRIPT, and constructed a magnetic clock, and other clockwork items.

Good observation . At that era America was closer to Europe and also existed an issue on the longitude determination .

Just a MILLION of years or so...

I don't know if the Egyptian map was at least one million years old , but even one meter or so ... closer , means closer .
What was wrong in my post ?

In 1976, Scottish engineer Stan Hall led an expedition composing of Special Forces and astronaut Neil Armstrong to the caves of the Tayos Indians of Ecuador.
It was in these caves, Hall claims to have discovered the METAL LIBRARY OF ATLANTIS.
