Life has been busy and treasure hunting has been side lined. Can you say labor shortage I have a trip planned for Sunday and cant wait to go. My wife bought me a new toy which has absolutely nothing to do with treasure hunting here is a look at it.

Congrats!!!!
Man you're going to be doing a lot of cruising around.
Sounds really nice!
Gee you got to start racking up those brownie points again.
Dig some bling, drop it in her paw.
Now the Mrs Pepper stated she wants a side by side.
Didn't see that one coming nor the ticket price of $28K.

I don't like anybody with a new car! Especially a guy that finds great stuff!

Mopar or no car! I'm currently driving a wimpy 2010 Corolla, which goes 0 to 60 in 32 seconds flat! So sad...

485 HP! But the more important spec is….can you get all your metal detecting equipment in it?

Very nice CD!!!

Thanks guys!

For some, they would be spending what a detector cost in fines LOL. Hope that you enjoy the new ride, very nice.

Could be worse. I had a 2002 Prizm (=Corolla) with one of the last Toyota 3-speed transmissions. 0 to 60 time depended on wind direction and road slope as well as tolerance for screaming RPMs above 55. I figured it would be fine for my lead-footed daughter's first car and gave it to her. She hated that car, and expressed her appreciation by telling me "my friends have Mini-Coopers and Mustang GTs". I drove with her once - in her HS parking lot. She floored it for the length of the lot, came to a stop, looked at me and asked "you call that acceleration?". Her mother took over her driving instruction after that.
