Hi all
The weather was perfect today so i had to hit the streets. i wore out after about 2 hours but what a 2 hours. i hit the grassy strip between the sidewalk and the road as it's city property and they have no problems with it as long as you don't make a mess. these coins came from one side of the street about a half a block long. 31pennies-with 19 being wheats from 1928 -1955 4 quarters and 9 dimes. including a 1917 -1945 -1945 and 1957 a boy scout token from excelsior shoe company -portsmouth ohio and a 1791 2 reale. i don't know how it ended up there but i'm glad it did. i never thought i'd find one up here in Ohio. some of you who know about this type of coin can probally give me an idea of just what it is.
