Blasting BLM

I :roll: need some expert help!
I am need to do some blasting, to sink a prospect/adit/shaft on this BLM, Legally Filed Mining Claim in N.M.
There has to be a "Plan of Operation" filed before doing this :?:
How/What must the "plan" read ?
Anyone filed one lately :?:

Cptbil, The plan must detail what equipment and methods will be used, where on the claim this will take place, the amount of displacement, any possible degradation of area watersheds, endangered species, or archeological resources, a reclaimation plan, and bonding to secure reclaimation/insure against degradation. These are just the biggies. There will be other details that they will ask for. You need to sit down and iron out the plan outline with the district BLM land use officer. Bueno suerte, hermano. As the man said, file the claim, then file the plan in the State of New Mexico and the price of poker just went up. Figure on having a lot of guests around looking over your shoulder.
