Hello All,
In spite of the 100 degree heat index I hit the fields solo for a dawn till
hunt. I ended up staying from 5:45am till 7pm. Dug a lovely seated coin, silver spoon bowl, catholic cross, Large Copper, and Spanish Silver #13 for the year for us. Enjoy the video and photos.
Seated Half Dime in the clod:

V Nickel:

Spanish Silver that looks like it was run over by a horse drawn carriage!

CW era pistol bullet. Haven't looked it up yet.

I thought this was going to be a Large Cent for a second...then I realized it was too big in diameter. George VI Penny.
Not sure why the word "PENNY" on the reverse is printed the wrong way... so it might not be what it is. Doesn't look like Britannia on that side.

Silver plated cross:

Mangled silver spoon bowl:

1848-O Seated Half Dime!

And some home-grown Tabasco peppers. Not exactly a food photo, but I'm not done with cooking dinner tonight yet

Best Wishes,
Buck
