Geowizard, I thought i simply pointed out 1 or 2 aspects of your lifelong experiences that testify to the fact that YOU CAN'T BE an AI entity. That's what I commented : that I Seriously doubt you are Anything else than a human being ! Human beings are those searching for Precious metals and try to get others to help them...
I said to the previous member " Maybe "
As for resorting to using the robust Google AI engine to further explain and reinforce your already accumulated and tested and Re- tested knowledge , i didn't notice and thus i didn't say nothing about that...
Cause I didn't read most of your presentations.

This is where you are mistaken. Yes, a given metal has a characteristic conductivity, but it varies with alloy. Natural gold is never pure; it is always alloyed with something, and the something and the ratio can change the conductivity considerably. So you can't say that natural gold, in general, has a characteristic conductivity.

And, no, "metals" do not have a characteristic phase. An individual target can. The phase is highly dependent on shape, size, thickness, and alloy. Ferinstance, placer gold can have phase responses from <1° to 30-40° @10kHz, probably more if they're big enough. I'd love to know the phase response of the Hand of Faith. And phase also varies with frequency, so it doesn't even make sense to say that a target has such-and-such a phase shift when dealing with a multi-frequency system such as DIGHEM. At 900Hz, phases will be pushed toward zero (and most gold is probably undetectable at 900Hz anyway) while at 56kHz the phases will be much higher. Finally, complex targets like a gold vein in quartz can have multiple phase responses as it will likely have multiple eddy domains. Furthermore, those phases can vary in dominance over frequency.

In short, things are way more complicated than you seem to assume. There is no line you can draw on a graph and say, "Everything below this line is gold." Besides that, as I stated in another thread, I doubt that DIGHEM is even detecting the actual gold itself, but rather the overall matrix. Maybe Ryan can clarify.
Underground, I am not familiar with 60 to say 180 feet depth " but Underground I am sure electroconductivity almost Doesn't play a role in determining any single- physical encapsulated gold-predominant mass of gold.
In fact, no role at all.
If you bury a car computer in saturated soil, it will also stop working eventually. Even if it still somehow remains connected to the vehicle...hypothetically with cables..
Most likeky, like you said They are trying to detect the entire matrix at " emanation play" or tendency to signal in a particular way , that somewhere surrounds gold rich minerals.

Note to armchair quarterbacks;

Read a book on the subject. If you need help, I can recommend a few. DIGHEM was developed 50 years ago. It is a mature scientific method with proven results and continues to be a world-renowned method for Geophysical surveys. Don't come on with non-sense and belief systems.

Is that me ? The " armchair quarterbacks " ?
If yes, Thank You. Your thoughts serve to surround me in greater and denser Mysticism , Mr Geowizard...
So explain to me how the gold coatings within the car computer would continue to fulfill their electrical functions intrinsic at Electroconductivity 45.3 or similar according to the diagram where Aluminium is around 37 and Copper at approximately 59, while Ag takes the 63 unit ?
I mean when eventually crude, raw, soil particles are dragged into the computer buried just 3 inches down?? By water ....
Or continue to function at whatever slightly diminished rate because of what metals they are plated onto....

Furthermore, yes with all the vast , overlapping technical data about the DIGHEM system that you literally overwhelm at least 1/2 Of those members who HAVE the time and are Capable and willing to read everything embodying at least 3 of your bulky ( Nice thing by itself) consecutive postings, ANY CONSEQUTIVE postings of 1 full a page per posting?
Don't you think that People DELIBERATING with THEMSELVES who have almost decided to go along and become part of your next Venturous team in Alaska, BUT not YET totally decided to say " Hello, Mr Wizard, After reading a number of your research AND PRACTICAL presentations, WOULD you consider accepting me for an in person interview??? ...
BUT Don't you think the dry plus Voluminous yet " Alluvial, Colluvial " technically- exhaustive and Picturesque Style of postings MAY MAKE these Almost Ready to jump in People Take a step back because they may feel that THEIR SOLE KNOWLEDGE, Intrigued minds, Initial ability to Put many other long-term and daily Tasks in the back burner,
MAY NOT BE ENOUGH to Become dedicated to your offers And FEEL convinced they can do it ??

After all, how many people Possess both Technical inclinations to perform well in this field , some initial Resources of theirs AND ALSO have the MENTAL STAMINA to do it.Not anywhere else but in WILD AND COLD Alaska? For how long ?

One last thing. I don't have time I am SORRY RIGHT now !!! But i assume 25 % of the active members here Tend to Peruse the Titles of the new postings and after scanning the first 1 or 2 paragraps , they Choose to keep reading if the CONTENTS sounds 1) down to earth, 2) Exciting, 3) Emotionally able to inspire them that they exclaim to themselves " I believe my current Detecting Area, land, etc Can Reveal An old Buried cache EXACTLY or close to the size of the One story/ legend the Author is Describing !!!"
That's what attracts a lot of readers here !

I have always thought it strange that a man would rather sell treasure maps than to go dig it up himself.

I have been an educator most of my adult life. I have always found it strange that certain minds develop a learning block to certain concepts. Learning and understanding is complex.

For example, I have been a miner. I now operate an exploration company. I spend my time in "the chase". I enjoy chasing after the "Easter eggs" hidden in the earth beneath us! Others enjoy the dig. I have been there and done that. I am more efficient chasing than digging. As an educator, I enjoy sharing with others. I appreciate the effort of interested readers that take time to grow their knowledge on this subject.

A T.V. show on , I thought was on the History Channel had a string on shows about a diver that worked a lot of diving in the S.E. part of our Country with a big name T. Hunter . He and his son dove and looked for treasure. They knew Gordon Cooper the Astronaut that that flew in a space capsule over Cuba during the block aid of Russian ships going to Cuba ! GOD BLESS G. Cooper ! BUT Mr.Coopers wife knew of the man and his son had a working relashion ship them and she gave them access to the garage full of documents that Gordon aquired during his circumnavigating around the Earth all the time collecting data of the Gulf region and what it held all the time looking for Russia's attempt to arm Cuba against a U.S. Invasion. The maps in this collection of Gordons eluminated the man and the son as-to other possibilitys that may be out there under the water. some locations proved worthless except for the last show before they were stopped by the local authoritys . This show ended there and the father ended up in very poor health BUT eventually the son pursued his own story looking for the treasures that were on this data he held , this show was also "stoped???" for some reason and some of the Lat / Long were sold to other buyers for undisclosed $$$$$$$$$$$$$ ! I sure wish it was still on ! So I could see selling these maps rather than getting them his self ! BUT who knows what his son is doing pertaining to the possibiltes of lost / sunken treasure ?? Maps for sale ? There's always a taker on these !

As a side note;

The concept of "geophysics" is not easy to wrap ones head around. It takes pre-conditioning or preparation of the brain with a general understanding of earth science and basic physics as applies to electro-magnetics. These two subject areas join in a fascinating way. The fascination comes from the unlikely association of earth and physics. Canadians spawned early research and development. Men like Crone, Barringer and Douglas Fraser, inventor of DIGHEM were pioneers having the right stuff. The right stuff is a mix of earth and science that spark the imagination it takes to enter into a previously unexplored realm of dirt, rocks and radio waves.

I mention Canadians because there is a central "cluster of Canadian minds" in roughly the Mississauga, Ontario region of Canada not Mexico, not Argentina, not China.

To be clear about the "response";

DIGHEM is a large, expensive metal detector. It responds to a footprint about 60 feet in diameter.

The response is a mix of everything in that 60 foot diameter footprint - down to the depth of the measurable response! All metal detectors are the same "in this respect" including Pulse or time domain detectors.

Editorial note: 40 feet was revised to 60 feet. "are the same" is revised to add "in this respect".

Please see attachment.

The DIGHEM system has many uses.

DIGHEM is used in the detection of unexploded ordnance (UXO). Developed as a helicopter-borne frequency-domain electromagnetic (HFEM) system, DIGHEM combines multi-coil electromagnetic sensors with a total-field magnetometer to map near-surface metallic and cultural anomalies.

While traditional ground-based methods remain the standard for high-precision clearance, airborne systems like DIGHEM are applied in the initial phases of UXO remediation for specific scenarios:

[1] (https://www.preprints.org/manuscript/202512.0511)

Wide-Area Assessment (WAA): It is used to rapidly survey extensive terrains—such as former military training ranges, battlefields, and large infrastructure sites—to identify regions of high anomaly density (clutter).

[1] (https://www.geometrics.com/solutions/uxo-detection/),

[2] (https://pubs.geoscienceworld.org/ee...rical-Development-and-Performance-of-Airborne)

Inaccessible Terrain Mapping: It provides a safe mapping solution over hazardous or physically restrictive environments like swamps, wetlands, and coastal waters where ground access is highly dangerous or impossible.

[1] (https://serdp-estcp.mil/projects/details/123414dd-83fe-4e44-813e-22a1530453db)

Dual-Sensor Synergy: By tracking both magnetic distortions (from ferrous metal casings) and electromagnetic responses (apparent conductivity), the system helps distinguish metallic cultural features like UXO from natural geologic noise.

[1] (https://pubs.geoscienceworld.org/se...ecting-metal-objects-in-magnetic-environments),

[2] (https://em.geosci.xyz/content/geophysical_surveys/uxo/index.html)

However, due to the safe flight altitudes of standard manned helicopters (typically 30–45 meters above the ground), larger airborne platforms like DIGHEM are primarily effective for detecting large ordnance types or high-density target zones rather than isolating individual small-caliber UXO.

I have always found it strange that certain minds develop a learning block to certain concepts.
I'm not questioning your concepts, I'm saying, to put it as simply as possible -- if you know where the gold is, why aren't you rich?

DIGHEM solves the single biggest problem in finding GOLD;

Where is the Gold? :dontknow:

Nobody knows! Where are gold and silver coins? Nobody knows!

How can we KNOW?

Get a metal detector and start swinging!

For Gold and silver deposits, DIGHEM will get you "on the gold!"

That is WHY TreasureNet is so popular! This is where everyone can learn and see how to get on the GOLD!

Alaska is the last frontier;

As the lower 48 becomes over populated with what are referred to as tree huggers, do-gooders and save the world counter culture progressives, we find ourselves in a shrinking world. It is fundamental in human nature to have the instinct of saving the world and protecting everything! I am part of that group! Our current problem is the perpetual and exponential growth of protectionism to the point where it becomes the problem rather than the solution! Ergo my solution.

My solution is to get the word out about a Large Scale Geophysical Survey Program that has been conducted in Alaska by Alaska for Alaska and humanity with the express intention of placing information in the hands of the mining and exploration public so that ultimately, production of the natural mineral resources may benefit everyone!

- Geowizard

In a series of threads on TreasureNet, I propose to further knowledge and understanding of WHERE Gold and other precious metals are in the mining districts in Alaska. If a certain mining district is of interest, please feel free to chime in! Alaska is a vast land with unimaginable Gold and precious metals resources. There is much to cover!

At shallower depths, such as single digit feet, The gold and Silver intense signaling is Not made possible by their unique electroconductivity say in a hypothetical Almost sterile environment where 7/8 of the known gray color metals do not exist/are experimentally and Hypothetically taken out!
The gold and Silver " Impetus " to Convey intense signals at these shallower depths Are Made possible due to their mechanical CONNECTEDNESS to Greater Concentrated Volumes of Ag and Gold that are present Much deeper. Even hundreds of times deeper .
But another Factor also Plays a role in the shallower depths' noble elements To equip them to Exibit their Observably strong Prowess to " streamline " that our detectors register so well! That Factor is the physically and mechanically peesent
" Free play" Sea of Networks of All these other gray color- rich ores that Stretch for miles . Their presence and Being Different in Properties from Gold and Silver
" peripheral Nerve " linkages is What creates the After- the fact ( of Discrimination) having already been
" negotiated " between every metal links in tge ground > anyway the after the fact Illusion of Unique Electroconductivity for Silver and Gold.
There would be no such specially Assigned Electroconductivity If The Gray Color masses didn't Exist in between to serve as a Medium.
Electronic plates therefore Function very well Within Military concrete dry air Bunkers. But you put them directly in the ground under 20 meters landnasses, They are functionally Dead !
We think Gold and Silver are the Lions of the Jungle or Prairie? Well, remove all other Animals from that Big place ( the Grey color ores ), We have No Lions Concept any more ! Because Lion is a Lion only because it functions through the presencen of Bodies of other animals....
