Happy Canada Day to the few Canadians that go on this site! Wearing my red and white canada day shirt brought me good luck today. I went to a playground and was surprised to find a 1956 silver 1.5 inches in the gravel. First sliver from detecting this year!!! It felt awesome! Much easier then digging down 5 or so inches to get them in the ground.

Nice silver find. The Canadians on this forum seem to do very well finding treasure. I didn't realize Canada had so much history until I came to this forum. Gary

Well there are less treasure hunters in canada I think. I've only seen a few detectorists in my life.

Haha! No I was jus kidding. I
