CRISPINS CRITTERS

Didn't make out into the yard to harvest today. Wife had some mandatory CPR classes so I watched the baby. After that I was wiped out. Didn't get a chance to try the new potato scheme at hard rock either. did manage to sneak a four pack of guinness. Watching the colts vs. patriots...lets hope Andrew Luck has another comeback.

Some where there,s a tale of an ol timer who wrote his incarcerated son bemoaning the fact the garden would just have to go untilled and unplanted without his son being there. The son wrote back ,pops, what ever you do don,t till the garden, that,s where I hid the bodies! Within hours the authority's arrived and dug all over trying to find the bodies to no avail. The ol man received a letter from his son the following day saying Dad go ahead and plant now.

Lol! No dram..dusty footed Woodrat, is an endangered species in ca..they are very gentle, large in size even have some fur on tail..reddish with whit feet...they build very large stick and branch houses...some 6-8 feet tall...they are one of my favorites to get as orphaned babies, but difficult to keep alive..

Didn't get to the potatoes. The vines are not completely dead so I'm hoping they will last one more week. Assuming of course I have recovered enough to go get them. I did manage to rest all day. Here is hoping for an easy upcoming week...yeah right.

Crispin

Thanks Bill,
I have one now, her name (not supposed to give them names) is Penelope.
I need to retrieve the pictures of her enclosure, but so far she has filled it up a 6x4x8 ft enclosure almost completely. .I can hardly get in to feed..I love her..

Got her when she was a week old..it turned out to be quite a project keeping her alive..others have not been so fortunate..

Crispin, I hope you have an easy week. You are surely deserving!

It's always a good thing to be able to save an animal. For the unfortunate ones that didn't make it at least you tried. For that they are fortunate...

Hey Crispin, I hope your week is quiet and relaxing.

I finished a marathon weekend of educational studies... I'm now killing off the slow brain cells with Corona so I can stay smart.

I've been working on some formulas for the casino. I think the biggest hurdle we have to overcome is putting blinders on you so you will pay attention to the battle plan and not the flashing lights of the machines.

Oh boy, squiggys, while this is one of the sweetest things I ever read, you know you're setting yourself up for heartbreak, or is Penelope "officially" yours now? LOL!
I'd be naming them mouse 1, mouse 2, squirrel 1, squirrel 2, get my drift......

Add my name to this list!! It will happen but thankfully I'm old enough that I no longer worry.
