Docc and Bill,

I want to meet you for a couple weeks or so. I'm new to this but I've always had the gold bug and I swore I would learn this as soon as I could retire. I think I could be of help to you and at the same time shorten the time it takes me to learn. I have shotguns, rifles and pistels as I have hunted all my life. I plan to buy a Minelab gpx 4000 unless you guys can talk me out of it of it. Like maybe a $1000.00 White and a dry washer or other equipment that we could use.

Good luck to y'all. Wish I could join up, but it's not in the cards this year. You guys be carefull, and watch out for the boarder jumpers. In this case, they better watch out for some well-heeled crusty old prospectors.

We had a few days of WIND! & More WIND!

I ran into town and bought a new impact wrench, since my old one bit the dust
AND!
I, also bought a 2 ton engine hoist
Just!
In Case, we have to pull the engine to get that last cam bearing out
So!
How's it going...over/down there in Florida?
Did the judge "NAIL those guys to the wall"
Or! What??

I was sitting up last night and watching "Shop NBC"
They had a real nice remote wireless Laptop w/printer on special
A dual core processor , 2 GB memory 120 GB hard drive
So!
I blew a bundle and bought it!
It's the latest 2008 Model with all '08 features
No sense spending all of that money to get my old "Dell" fixed, if possible, I'd still have an OLDER MODEL LAPTOP!
Oh! Yeah!
It came with a set (2) of "Web Cameras" , so, we can both (1-for you & 1 for me) hook them up to our computers,
& use them when we're in camp To show someone what's going on
Work is progessing slowly on the Jeep
I'm pulling the front brakes/axle and going to replace everything
No Sense waitting for them to go out later on!

I've been calling your cell phone but, I haven't been able to catch you
We've had a few days of rain..meaning, No! work outside
I'd sure like to get the "Jeep" back on the road !
I'm trying to come up with a small portable leaching rig for use out in the Bradshaw Mnts
When we set up & run The TEST/Demo of the MG Recovery Unit
I 've gotten togather with The R.R. Prospecting Club in Phx and with the Micron Gold Group
The date of the test is going to be around, Sept 9th ??
SO FAR!
I thuoght that the canyon, west of "Mayer, Az" would be a great location
About 15 miles or so off The Black Canyon Highway, West of Mayer

I'd like to find that cavern that's up there!

I'd like to hit The Burro mnts and pick up a few of those Nuggets!

On the way over there,
& Just for the "ride" we could head west from The Caballos and go over
"Emory Pass" @ 8200 '

Are you (& "I") going to be in shape to make that Long arduous climb ?
I'll can tell you, (from experience! ) it is going to be a l o n g, sweaty, heart pound'n Climb ?
I've seen the climb just to the "Little Turtle" less than 1/3 way up to the Hidden Canyon, stop three guys !
AND!
From there, up to the "Hidden Canyon", it is even steeper/rougher !

I think that we should head over to the place where " Phil Phillips "
was & is finding all of those Nuggets!
With the price of gold as high as it is, I could use an extra ( 5-10 ) thousand(s)!
It's only two-three hours from Las Cruces
AND!
If we want to hit The Caballos afterwards
There's a short cut back to The Caballos, that is an hour less !
AND!
We'll be able to visit "Jerry & Revis" (back) along the way!
What do you think ??
