Finally broke into the 1800's ' 1875 shield nickel

Been detecting since May of this year , started out with a fisher f2 . Recently upgraded to an At-Pro( purchased both from Bart@big boys hobbies) Finally broke into the 1800's yesterday with an 1875 shield nicke. :headbang:

Good job joe!

I just started detecting this year also and have been very fortunate. Found my first shield nickel a few weeks ago and it looks almost identical to yours, though mine was a 67.

Any background on the site you were hunting?

Either way I'm sure there's more where that came from!
