Finds without the MD

I was down in my basement looking for stain when I dropped the can and it rolled under a old set of cabinets that have been down there since before I moved in. I reached under the cabinets and pulled out not the stain but a can labeled #4 Plastic tape. It rattled to my surprise! I opened it and this is what I found inside!
