First gun and a copper

Out detecting after a month off for surgery and I find my first gun. Heavy for its size - likely a ladies derringer?

Also found this copper coin and i have no idea yet - soaking to remove dirt ---

Maybe a Geo. i or a Late Geo. iii (1806/7). Can't really see the bottom of the bust. Very nice
