Florida Beaches CLOSED

Warning.
If you’re planning a fun filled vacation metal detecting in sunny Florida beware; Most Florida beaches are closed because of Corona virus.
You might get away with metal detecting in the water if you keep a low profile and attach a large dorsal fin to your back. Check on beach availability. ...Not sure what I'm going to do here in Florida w/o MDing I'm starting to feel sick now.

All Sarasota county beaches are closed as of 06:00 Sat 3/21/. Includes fishing piers and inlet jettys.

Tried to get down to Naples before closures happened but only had 3 hours as the last beach in the area to close was Bonita Beach. 2 silver earrings and clad. Oh well, maybe next time. Got creative and was going to rent a kayak and paddle my way to a couple different spots but in the end decided it best to make my way back to NH before who knows what happens. At this point I’d rather be in the woods digging coppers, buttons and musket balls. Be well all!

Hi all went down to Clearwater beach yesterday it was like a ghost town most everything closed I will try some of the 1920s home in my nieghborhood if I get some free time . But me and my brother taking care of elderly mom that was in hospital from fall Tue nite she just got home yesterday so nd on back burner til she is back up and walking emotionally very hard..so happy she is back home ..

Going by boat now ...... thats kind of out down here as well. Police patrols are breaking up parties on the sand bars or tie up of more than 10 people......... and some boat ramps are being closed ..... because of these stupid people.....i suspect they all maybe soon.
