Talk about "bad luck"......my cousin ended up in the ER twice in one day, (about 6 hours apart) to have the same type lure removed from his right cheek.
Long story, but the short of is that on two different occasions he jerked a Rapala away early from a striking bass and lodged the treble hooks in his right cheek (face) both times. When the "same" ER doctor walked into the room the second time he couldn't help himself and he started busting a gut, then he looked at my cousin and he said, "Maybe you should try checkers, the plastic ones." His brother and I both about hit the floor, and we were already sore from laughing.
